Singapore Dollars and inclusive of Goods and Services Tax.

Delivery services
- For items under 'Corporate'
and 'Wedding' page
You can choose
from one of the following modes of delivery :
1)
By meet up and self collection at Queenstown MRT station. There
will be no delivery fee incurred if you opt for this choice.
2)
Delivery by
courier at an extra fee ranging from S$20 onwards depending
on quantity and weight of goods ordered, delivery within
Singapore (ONE delivery destination, excluding
special locations).
3) By Singpost
Registered Article service
at an extra fee depending on quantity and
weight of goods ordered, delivery within Singapore (ONE delivery
destination, excluding
special locations).
Delivery services
- For items under 'Gift
Delivery' page
Mode of delivery :
By normal postage (for some items only) or Singpost Registered Article service
(for all items),
delivery
within Singapore (ONE delivery destination, excluding
special locations).
Isoyou Gifts will
not be held responsible for the loss of parcels via normal
postage or any lost mails by Singpost, therefore no
request for refunds for lost mails will be entertained.
Whenever possible, all delivery orders will be duly signed by
receiving party to confirm delivery.
Please allow
Singpost to deliver your order in 1-3 working days. No
deliveries will be made on Sundays and public holidays. During
peak season periods such as Christmas, Lunar New Year,
Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day, please allow Singpost to deliver your order in
3-5 working days.
Isoyou Gifts
reserves the right to impose an express delivery charge if a
specific date / time of delivery requested by customer does not
meet the allowable delivery timeframe by Singpost.
Isoyou Gifts
will not accept responsibilities
for late or non-deliveries under the following conditions:-
a) The address
given was incorrect.
b) No such
person at the given address
c) No one else
present to receive the delivery on behalf of the recipient.
d) Refusal of
any item(s) by the recipient
e) In rare cases
of late or non-delivery due to circumstances beyond our control
such as acts of God, natural disasters, violent/war like
situations, etc. will not be considered as a violation of
agreement.
We allow meet up
and self collection at Queenstown MRT station if you wish to
self collect the item(s) ordered from the
'Gift
Delivery' page.
Confirmation/Cancellation of Orders
We will send an
email acknowledgement to you upon
receipt of your email order. If items ordered are
unavailable, an email will be sent to you for further action. We
will not entertain any cancellation once payment has been
remitted by the customer.
Exchange & Refunds
As some of our
gifts are handcrafted, the actual products may vary
slightly from the pictures shown. Variations are not
considered as defects and thus shall not be liable for exchange.
All our gift items
are not intended as a toy and therefore not recommended for
children ages 3 and under.
All our goods sold
are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
Change of
Particulars
Any change of
particulars (e.g. recipient's address) must be informed to us
within 24 hours of our email acknowledgement.
Payment
We accept ATM
Transfer, Internet Banking or cheque. We allow meet up at
Queenstown MRT station if you wish to pay in cash.
We will email you
the instructions for payment after we have received your email order.
Please reply to us once
you have made the payment to prevent any unnecessary delay.
Delivery will be activated the next working day upon clearance of the cheque or
successful electronic payment transfer.

Isoyou Gifts
reserves the right to revise or discontinue any products without
prior notice, and to reject any order in any cases.
We may put orders on
Hold (even though it's an urgent order) until the customer replies
to our email. If the customer does not reply after certain period of
time, we may need to cancel the order.
