Conditions
The estimated
arrival leadtime of the preordered item is 30 working days.
We will
email you the instructions for payment after we have
received your order via email. Please make full payment via
ATM Transfer or Internet Banking to secure your order. Please reply to us once you have
made the payment to prevent any unnecessary delay.
No
cancellation or exchange will be entertained after
payment is made.
Full
refund will be made only if items are out of stock.
Customers will be informed via email if the ordered item
is out of stock.
The
actual products may vary slightly from the pictures
shown due to lighting and other factors.
All our
goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
Isoyou
Gifts will not be held responsible for the loss of
parcels via normal postage or any lost mails by Singpost,
therefore no request for refunds for lost mails will be
entertained. Wherever possible, please opt for
registered mail as it will be duly signed by receiving
party to confirm delivery.
Please
allow Singpost to deliver your order in 1-3 working
days. No deliveries will be made on weekends and public
holidays. During peak season periods such as Christmas,
please allow Singpost to deliver your order in 3-5
working days.
Isoyou Gifts
will not accept responsibilities
for late or non-deliveries under the following
conditions:-
a) The
address given was incorrect.
b) No such
person at the given address
c) No one
else present to receive the delivery on behalf of the
recipient.
d) Refusal
of any item(s) by the recipient

Gifts reserves the right to revise or discontinue any
products without prior notice, and to reject any order
in any cases.
Isoyou
Gifts reserves the right to change these terms and
conditions at any time.
In case
of any dispute, Isoyou Gifts reserves the right of final
decision.
